Our credit card program comes as a response to our members who said they wanted a credit card outside of the traditional banking system. It is also part of a long range plan to expand our services so our members don't have to go elsewhere to meet their everyday financial needs.

Our PCU Visa Card is serviced inside the greater Credit Union System by the Illinois Credit Union League.

PCU receives a portion of income derived from your Visa Card use

PCU receives a portion of the income derived from use of your PCU Visa Card. Our long range plan is to bring the Visa card program in house when there is a large enough volume of usage by our members to make the program self sufficient.

Using the PCU Visa Card promotes the philosophy of Permaculture

Using your PCU Visa Card helps bring the word "Permaculture" into the general vocabulary and raises consciousness about sustainability.

The PCU Visa Card benefits our members

Members will benefit from the growth of PCU income through the Visa Card program. You will also benefit from the ability of PCU to set our own interest rates once we bring the program in house.
